Fellow mamas,
If you could have one guilt-free day where you didn't have to deal with...
fussing crying:
Someone using you as a jungle gym:Sticky, dirty, messy:What would you do all day?
I'm taking this coming Saturday "off." No baby duty. Dave has had a couple of weekends all to himself during Eddie's life, but I have not. My sweet babe doesn't need or care to nurse much so after his morning mama-suck, I'll be outta here (unless I want to sleep in...we'll see...).
So what would your ideal baby-free day be like?

wooo wooo wooo! yay for you! Well perfect day for me (mostly because I am not used to being my myself) would be to have a best girl buddy with me. To not cook and to feel cleaned and primed again (trimmed toenails shaved legs etc). Maybe go to an art museum just to take a nap. Update please!
Haha! I love the crying pic in the "loves me" shirt. "Mom loves me despite my tomato-red wailing face!" xoxo
For me: a long, hot, uninterrupted bath. Followed by a manicure and pedicure (even doing it myself would be fine). Then I would curl up on the couch and watch a movie (again, uninterrupted) while drinking some hot tea and knitting. Throw in a Chipotle burrito and some strawberry Haagen Dazs ice cream, and I would be in heaven!!! Really the most important part of all of this is "uninterrupted", so I'm sure you'll have a great time no matter what you decide to do :D Have fun Julie, you deserve it!!!!
